Pockmoly Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Shipping We currently ship to [list countries or "the United States only," etc.]. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Lost or Stolen Packages Pockmoly is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows an issue, contact us at Pockmoly@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help if you catch it quickly after ordering.
